The South Collection, comprised of Elleven, Luma and Evo, is the first LEED certified residential high-rise community in Los Angeles.

LEED certification is the nationally recognized standard for sustainable and environmentally focused construction. For a building to be LEED certified it must be designed and built to strict standards set forth by the U.S. Green Building Council. The goal is to create a building that uses less energy, fewer natural resources and is environmentally responsible – both locally and globally.

The South Collection was created to these standards, using sustainable and renewable materials, efficient and low-impact construction techniques, and a thoughtful, eco-friendly approach to neighborhood growth and planning.

All of this is price-competitive with conventional building techniques. It just requires more effort and thinking on our part – and we’re here to do just that.
